Coldbush Organics Ltd
Cold Bush Organics was established in 2019 and is a producer of chocolate bars made from cocoa grown and processed on the company’s farm. 70 percent of our chocolate is dark chocolate and we also produce cocoa butter and cocoa powder. We also utilize fresh almonds, coconuts, seasalt and nuts in our production.
In 1918 that our great-grandfather decided to invest in cocoa and coffee. He was passionate about farming and claimed the best products were grown in this area of the Blue Mountain
We are passionate and purpose driven farmers, our mission is to elevate and bring Jamaican cocoa to more people in a sustainable, eco friendly and people centered way possible Sustainable and natural farming practices are cornerstones to our business and our partners Maintaining quality from the seedling to harvesting and to you is our at most social responsibility to the Environment and the people. The goal with our experts is to help bring Jamaican loved flavors and fruits to the wider community through Chocolate

Sustainability Aspects
We developed our own farm as there was a shortage of high quality cocoa beans available locally. Also, we create quality chocolate that is free of pesticides and fertilizers and our farming processes are environmentally safe.

We offer healthy processed chocolate at an affordable price and our ethical practices are met within our Company as we offer the finest cocoa.
Growth Plans
Our current market position is Premium and our products are in airports in Jamaica. We have exported to Canada, Miami, New York and Russia. We have received certification from Organic Certification, Jamaican Bureau of Standards (JBS) and we are in the process of applying for several other American certifications for Food.
